Welcome. You have no idea what you’ve gotten yourself into. You’ve just happened upon the first post of the BoFlog, a web log, if you will, co-written by Sara Bozich and Bob Flounders recounting our trip to Pittsburgh.
We’re both writers for the P-N, and I really wanted to pitch this as a viable story/blog/column idea, but Bob wouldn’t help me out. Instead, the Internet will have to serve as the main venue.
I’m here first, so I get to do this. Flounders had to golf today, so he and his other partner-in-crime, The Danimal, won’t be here for a while.
We’re staying at the Westin, where I have a view of the train station (which brings back memories of college commutes for me).
While waiting for the boyz, the ‘Zos and I are going to go around the corner to August Henry’s to toast the weekend with a little brew and wait for our golfing friends to join us.
Next post should come from Flounders.
P.S. We’ve already seen a small handful of Harrisburg politicos … If you’re in town and reading, give us a shout!
