If you like food – real, fresh, local food – this dinner is a must. The “Meet the Producers” Slow Food dinner, wherein you meet and eat from local farmers, is a creation of Slow Food Harrisburg, and this is the third dinner of its kind so far. Each one has been a hit.

The dinner features heirloom apples and pork, all ingredients raised locally and using natural or organic production methods. Chef Jim Switzenburg, HACC Culinary Arts Instructor, will create the dinner.
