Chef Qui Qui Musarra is planning an incredible and festive menu for Carnaval, including a Brasilian-themed menu featuring ingredients like the Jackfruit, the world’s largest fruit, and the world’s largest freshwater fish, a massive beast that can jump out of water and breathe air – the Arapaima.
