Artie Tafoya has been operating Appalachian Brewing Co. since 1997 and has grown the brand significantly in the nearly two-decade run, expanding to multiple locations, launching a line of craft sodas and of course — educating imbibers on fresh beer.
We sat down over a Chocolate Avenue Stout at the Abbey Bar to pick Artie’s brain about the state of craft beer and what’s next.
