One of our favorite restaurants is Fusion Fire. It’s super close to home, the food is great, and owners Frank and Viv have become friends. It’s become one of our go-to spots for a good meal, and we often bring friends for their first visit as well.
In fact, if you like sushi and haven’t tried their Thursday night Sushi Club, you’re missing out.
And while it’s true that the their original intention to focus on Chinese Hot Pot didn’t quite pan out as planned, there’s much to discover at this local BYOB. They use fresh vegetables and meats, sauces and stocks are made fresh, and every dish made to order.
This summer, Frank and Vivian Dominick were sought out to appear on the Cooking Channel’s Restaurant Redemption, a reality restaurant makeover show. Its host, Ching-He Huang, travels the country to help update struggling Asian restaurants.
