Hosting the whole family (or a big party) can be a wonderful — and stressful — thing. Let’s make it easier with some easy to make holiday cocktails.

BIG GINGER®

  • 2 parts 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey
  • Ginger Ale
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Lime Wedge
Before guests arrive, slice lemons and limes and garnish collins glasses. As they arrive, fill pint glasses with ice and add 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey and ginger ale for a refreshing BIG GINGER® in less than 30 seconds.

BERRY BUBBLY

  • 1.5oz CIROC Red Berry
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Champagne, prosecco or other dry sparkling wine

Combine first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a Strawberry Wedge.

CIROC 75

  • 1.5oz CIROC Vodka
  • 1oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • .5oz Pure Cane Simple Syrup
  • Champagne, prosecco or other sparkling wine

Combine first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with Grapefruit Twist and Luxardo Cherry.

TOP SHELF TOAST
  • .5oz CÎROC Amaretto
  • .5oz Cognac
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in Martini Shaker. Shake. Strain.

Bourbon Sparkler
-from Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Good Spirits

  • 1 oz Evan Williams Bourbon, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla bean syrup (recipe below)
  • Enza Prosecco, chilled

Add bourbon and vanilla bean syrup to a chilled champagne glass and top with prosecco.

Vanilla Bean Syrup: Combine ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water and ½ vanilla bean pod, split and seeds scraped.

Bring to a boil in a small pot over medium heat and simmer until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature and discard the vanilla bean pod.

Happy Elf Martini

  • 2 oz. Bastille Whisky
  • 1 oz. white crème de menthe
  • Splash of seltzer or club soda
  • A mini candy cane

Chill martini glass in the freezer. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into martini glass and top with soda. Hang the candy cane off the rim and serve.
