BIG GINGER®
- 2 parts 2 GINGERS® Irish Whiskey
- Ginger Ale
- Lemon Wedge
- Lime Wedge
BERRY BUBBLY
- 1.5oz CIROC Red Berry
- .5oz Simple Syrup
- .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Champagne, prosecco or other dry sparkling wine
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a Strawberry Wedge.
CIROC 75
- 1.5oz CIROC Vodka
- 1oz Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
- .5oz Pure Cane Simple Syrup
- Champagne, prosecco or other sparkling wine
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with Grapefruit Twist and Luxardo Cherry.
- .5oz CÎROC Amaretto
- .5oz Cognac
- .5oz Simple Syrup
- .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in Martini Shaker. Shake. Strain.
Bourbon Sparkler
-from Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Good Spirits
- 1 oz Evan Williams Bourbon, chilled
- 2 Tbsp vanilla bean syrup (recipe below)
- Enza Prosecco, chilled
Add bourbon and vanilla bean syrup to a chilled champagne glass and top with prosecco.
Vanilla Bean Syrup: Combine ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water and ½ vanilla bean pod, split and seeds scraped.
Bring to a boil in a small pot over medium heat and simmer until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature and discard the vanilla bean pod.
Happy Elf Martini

- 2 oz. Bastille Whisky
- 1 oz. white crème de menthe
- Splash of seltzer or club soda
- A mini candy cane
Chill martini glass in the freezer. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into martini glass and top with soda. Hang the candy cane off the rim and serve.
