This may not be news to anyone who’s frequented The Millworks lately, but the announcement became official this morning. We can’t wait to check them out! Hope they’ll be open in time for Harrisburg Beer Week!
From a release:
The Millworks Announces The Construction of an Onsite Brewery
HARRISBURG February 11, 2016—The Millworks in Harrisburg’s Historic Midtown district has begun construction on a 2000 square foot brewery slated to open this spring. Located onsite behind the biergarten and visible to the public, the brewery will use a 15 barrel system to create draughts that will be featured on tap at The Millworks bar.
Experienced brewer Jeff Musselman will be Brew Master of this newest addition to The Millworks. His resume includes Troegs Brewing Company, Weyerbacher Brewing Company, and Hauser Estate Winery.
