Going For 2: Episode 41 is LIVE!
The NFL is done. What could we possibly still be talking about?
A lot.
Obviously, we start with a quick (very quick) recap of the Super Bowl before moving on to way-too-early predictions for the 2019 NFL season. Who do we have in the Super Bowl next year? Do we think any team will make it back to back years?
Next, it’s time for the AAF. After a pretty successful first weekend of spring football, we couldn’t be more excited to see where this new league goes. How did we like the new rules? Do we think the NFL can learn anything from this new league?
We haven’t talked much hockey, but that’s all going to change. Hockey is just about two months away from the start of the playoffs, and the trade deadline is right around the corner. The Penguins can make some moves, but we don’t think they are in it for any of the big names we talk about.
Andy gets you revved up for the Daytona 500, including the controversy surrounding three drivers in this year’s field. Listen and place your bets on who Andy thinks will take home one of NASCAR’s biggest prizes.
Wrestling season is now in full swing, and Penn State is riding high after a huge win over their rival, Ohio State. We break down the match, and Andy gives the lay of the land for wrestling as we start to inch towards the postseason.
The tight end position is up next on our breakdown of fantasy positions. Who ended up in our league’s top 10? Who do we see climbing and falling out of the top ten next year?
Finally, we end the show with our one awesome thing in sports. Jimi talks about his favorite Super Bowl commercial while Andy’s has is a football/wrestling crossover.
Enjoy!
