Hops, Vines, & Spirits Tasting Room opens tomorrow (Thursday) in downtown Harrisburg, with a dedication to Pennsylvania-produced products.
Owned and operated by Kamionka Entertainment Group, Hops, Vines, & Spirits will house Pennsylvania-crafted wine, beer, and spirits, as well as food from local purveyors.
“We’re really excited for the opportunity to showcase Pennsylvania products — whether it’s a craft brewer or a local butcher shop or cheese maker — right in downtown Harrisburg,” Kamionka said. “We have a unique opportunity to share the stories of all of these producers with our guests, and we’re eager to host a full slate of events to complement the vendors.”
Hops, Vines, & Spirits hosts two breweries, two wineries, and one distillery on a monthly, rotating basis, and each vendor has its own dedicated bar within the Tasting Room to showcase their products.
This first lineup of Pennsylvania libations includes beer from St. Boniface Craft Brewing Co., beer and cider from Wyndridge Farm, wine from Broad Mountain Vineyard and Moon Dancer Winery & Vineyards, and spirits from Tattered Flag Brewery and Still Works.
Hops, Vines, and Spirits Tasting Room is located at the former Mulligan’s Courtyard and Cafe. It also includes a bottleshop packed with Pennsylvania products available for to-go purchases.
Flights, Bites, & Events
The Tasting Room gives its guests a wealth of options to discover some of Pennsylvania’s finest libations and food.
Guests can buy pints and by-the-glass wine and cocktails, and they can also sample what’s pouring by the flight.
Featured breweries and wineries will offer up to 12 different options, while the distillery’s spirits are featured in a variety of cocktails.
Each vendor also will conduct a sampling event during their residency.
Hops, Vines, & Spirits’ menu includes various boards build from R.G. Hummer Meat and Cheese that range from sweet bologna, crackers, and cheddar cheese to prosciutto, soppressata, goat cheese, and crostinis.
Bacon lovers will be delighted by the Bacon Flight, and those with a sweet tooth will dig the Dessert Board.
In addition to the everyday menu, Hops, Vines, & Spirits Tasting Room also hosts local producers for various tasting events and special food nights, plus brunch every Sunday.
