Dive into Pa.’s beer industry through Poured in PA: The Series
Haven't watched the Mid-Atlantic Emmy-nominated, award-winning documentary film, Poured in Pennsylvania yet? It's streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Watch it here.
We were eager to get out and talk to more people, share more stories about this incredible community. Thus, Poured in PA: The Series was born.
We’re thrilled to announce you can watch the first five episodes for FREE NOW on YouTube.
What to expect
More people, more characters, more breweries, more beer. Lots of beer. This format (30-45 min-ish episodes) allows us to showcase the variety, innovation, events, brewers, owners, farmers, influencers, and more who create and support craft beer in Pennsylvania.
For example, in Episode 1, we cover Fresh Fest — Pittsburgh’s (and the nation’s!) first black beer festival. We talk to the organizers and the collaborators who make this more than just an opportunity to drink some beer.
Things get a little meta in Episode 2, where we cover Harrisburg Beer Week (I think you’ll recognize some faces in this one), and the city’s vegan boutique brewery, The Vegetable Hunter.
Plus, we look at the role of beer influencers on the industry, visit with some dog-friendly breweries, and even go along on a bus tour visiting York, Pa. breweries — and much more.
Want more? GK Visual and Poured in PA partnered with Pittsburgh’s Jason Cercone for a wrap-series, “After Poured.”
A new episode will release each week, chatting with Executive Producer Nate Kresge, along with a host of characters from the series.
You can catch the episode on Fresh Fest here.
