Last week, I returned to Moxy Salon, located in Neighbors & Smith in downtown Camp Hill, to take advantage of another wellness treatment.
Earlier in the month, I opted for the Exfoliating Back Treatment with Massage, which targets the back only. With backless dresses and tops on-trend for summer 2021, this helped prep that hard-to-reach area and also provided a targeted, relaxing massage.

That’s me!), you can schedule a 30-min targeted massage for just $35. Or, if you have foot and leg pain or soreness, the Foot and Lower Leg Massage (60-min for $55) might be just what you need.

Let’s be real, we need all of those things. Life is busy and strange, and we store tension throughout the body. I suppose that’s why the Tension Remedy is one of Moxy Salon’s most popular treatments.
Neck and Shoulder Massage
You’ll get comfy in a robe and snuggle into the heated massage bed. Let the week’s stress melt away as massage therapist Tara Cooper works on your neck and shoulders. Eucalyptus and rosemary blended essential oils enhance the massage techniques to alleviate pain and stiffness from staring at your phone all day. Tara is a careful and intuitive therapist and is skilled at working out knots and tough spots without pain. She often implements additional tools, like heated massage wands, to work out particularly difficult areas.
Foot and Lower Leg Massage
Tara said that clients who suffer with debilitating foot problems often seek her out for this treatment alone (on its own, the Foot and Lower Leg Massage is 60-min for $55), and I’m getting my mom and husband gift cards for this immediately.
While attention turns to your lower body, Tara will offer you a steamy eye pillow to relax. Or, since I had just had my lashes filled, I unwound with this amazing rose quartz crystal face mask. Cool and heavy, it reduced inflammation (I could feel it working on my allergy-tortured sinuses immediately!).
Meanwhile, Tara continues with the eucalyptus and rosemary blended essential oils on your calves and feet to relieve fatigue and improve circulation.
Walking out of this incredible, 60-min tension remedy, I felt like a new person ready to take on the rest of the week.
