
Historic Harrisburg Association presents the “Secret Gardens of Historic Harrisburg” Garden Tour from 1-6 p.m. on Saturday, June 12. A “Secret Garden Soirée” follows from 6-8 p.m. featuring Ever Grain Brewing Co.
The event features self-guided tours of some of the City of Harrisburg’s most beautiful private gardens and outdoor spaces.
Stops include more than a dozen gardens, landscaping, and outdoor “living” spaces throughout Uptown, Midtown, and Downtown Harrisburg.
Secret Gardens of Historic Harrisburg

The tour includes visits to some of the city’s most beautiful public spaces, including Riverfront Park, the Peace Garden, as well as a preview of the Haldeman Haley House, a preservation and restoration project of the Dauphin County Library.
Tickets are $20 and include a detailed tour booklet, which serves as your ticket for the events. In it, you’ll find a detailed map of garden locations and each “secret garden” outdoor space. It also provides a comprehensive guide for home improvement, landscaping, and gardening needs.
The “Secret Garden Soirée” welcomes attendees to a special beer tasting event in a hidden courtyard in downtown Harrisburg. Only ticket holders 21+ are eligible, and ID is required at entry.
