When we order MoMo BBQ, we have a hard time narrowing down our choices. Thankfully, platters allow us to mix and match different meats and sides, so we get a little of everything our family loves (brisket, sausage, chicken).

Mike’s Bama White is some of the best in the business and is our go-to for drizzling over brisket and dipping those amazing (award-winning) smoked wings. MoMo’s Carolina Gold is second to none (I like to keep a bottle around for home cooking, too). Sweet Mo’s is a blend of molasses, brown sugar, apple, and spices perfect for the kids and the heat-averse.
