MoMo BBQ Co.
Forget a fried turkey; you haven’t lived until you’ve had a smoked turkey. MoMo BBQ Co., located in Mechanicsburg, is offering everything from whole smoked turkeys, to full dinner, to just the sides this Thanksgiving holiday.
MoMo’s Smoked Turkeys are dry rubbed with a blend inspired by LBJ’s personal pitmaster, Walter Jetton (first to BBQ on the White House lawn!), then injected with an apple cider brine and stuffed with apples, onions, and oranges and smoked for 8-12 hours with Sugar Maple and Pecan wood. Simply pick up and reheat; MoMo’s has done all the work for you!
Smoked Turkeys range from $90-$110 depending on size.
Full dinners (serve either 8-12 people or 14-18 people) – include Smoked Turkey, mashed potatoes, cornbread dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, sweet cream corn, and green bean casserole, and pie. View the menu.
All sides are available a la cart by the pint ($7) or quart ($12).
Order deadline – 4 p.m., Nov. 20; Pick-up Nov. 24.

Or, start dinner off with a vegetarian and gluten-free Butternut Squash Soup or Pumpkin Bisque (available by the pint or quart).
May as well knock out dessert while you’re picking up. I highly recommend Cornerstone’s Pumpkin Roll — or, choose a more traditional Pumpkin or Apple Pie. Each serves 10-12 guests.
