There are a bajillion hot sauces out there, and the one I’m really digging lately takes a slightly different approach.
Tannenbaum’s Botanical Hot Sauces are the creation of one Harvey Tannenbaum, “recovering” librarian, and explorer of new things. One fateful day in his kitchen, Harve looked at his homegrown habanero peppers and bushel of local fresh fruit — and decided to put them together! That was the start of Tannenbaum’s Botanical Hot Sauces!

I love using the Strawberry, Mint & Basil with my morning yogurt and granola (and I suspect the Blueberry, Sumar & Cinnamon would as well). It’s also a fun surprise in grilled cheese.
