If you didn’t know, Cornerstone Coffeehouse rolls out a new special drink menu every month. This month’s theme pays homage to the childhood classic, Peter Pan. These creative drinks are sure to keep you cool and refreshed.
The Peter Pan adds strawberry flavor to the now-classic matcha tea latte.
Lemonade is back at Cornerstone! In Mermaid Lagoon, baristas brighten your cup with blue curacao flavor added to organic lemonade.
The Captain Hook is a butter rum-flavored mocha with a hint of cayenne. It’s topped with whipped cream and sea salt.
On my “must” list is the Pixie Dust, a play on the Arnold Palmer. They combine lemonade with lemon balm kiwi tea and sweeten it with simple syrup.
And don’t miss the Straight on Til Morning (brilliant name, IMO). This raspberry-flavored mocha gets an extra shot of espresso, then topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
Summer also sees the much-anticipated return of Cornerstone’s signature lineup of lemonade flavors. These are sure to refresh on a hot summer afternoon.
