As a dog parent, it’s super important to find the right place for my pup when we can’t be with them. We boarded our three-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, Ellie, at Greenlin Pet Resort’s Camp Hill location last month during a family vacation. She’s booked to return this month for a full week. We also plan to add some daycare options to ensure she’s getting the attention and activity she prefers on extra busy work weeks.

With spacious play areas, both indoors and outdoors, dogs get plenty of opportunities to run, play, and socialize with other dogs. Some of their locations even have an indoor pool! On Ellie’s first visit, they also found her favorite activity — chase the hose water!
I love that the Greenlin team takes time to evaluate each pup to see which daycare group they’re best for. For instance, my pup can be timid because she has more experience around people than dogs. She’s also small for her breed, but very active. I love knowing that she’s not just being lumped in by size or breed — or worse, left alone all day.

Greenlin Pet Resorts also offers several tiers of care and pampering for your dog. In the “Elite” package, Ellie received an egg breakfast daily and was tucked in with pet-friendly lavender spray at night. I’m shocked she even wanted to come home!

Cleanliness and safety are top priorities at Greenlin Pet Resorts. Their facilities are always spotless, and they have stringent safety protocols in place. This includes secure fencing, climate-controlled environments, and regular health checks. Unlike some other boarding experiences, I never have to worry about my dog’s well-being when they’re at Greenlin.
In fact, when you visit a Greenlin Pet Resort location, you can view the facility via security cameras placed throughout the properties and displayed on a screen in the lobby. This gives peace of mind, so you really can feel comfortable about where you’re leaving your pet.
Happy, Tired Pups
After a day or a stay at Greenlin, my dog always comes home happy and tired—a clear sign she’s had a great time. It’s a relief to know that while I’m away, my dog is happy and cared for.
Greenlin staff also sends along pictures and videos during the stay, so we get a fun snapshot of how she’s doing. Last time, I shared some photos on Instagram, and a friend figured out our dogs were hanging out together — how cool!
Upon pickup, your pup also gets a report card, so I know how the experience was for her — whether she was eating, sleeping, and doing her business well, how she behaved around others, and what activities she got to do!
