Harrisburg University Presents’ Fall Semester Lineup kicks off this month. First up is indie staple, Pete Yorn, out with a fresh new album. Following is Mat Kearney on Oct. 2, The Struts on Oct. 29, and HUP closes out this season with Dawes “Oh Brother” tour on Nov. 20. Some great, can’t-miss live music right here in Harrisburg.

About Pete Yorn
Pete Yorn is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. He first gained international recognition after his debut record, musicforthemorningafter, was released to critical and commercial acclaim in 2001. Yorn is known for playing the bulk of the instruments on his records and is often credited with helping to usher in the singer/songwriter resurgence of the late 90s and early 2000s. He has released multiple live albums and EPs and 10 solo full-length studio albums, the most recent being “The Hard Way”, released on August 23rd, 2024. Yorn is also a founding member of The Olms and has made two albums of duets with Scarlett Johansson.
