sip @ soma featuring Prototype Brewery & Collusion Tap Works

Join us for a fantastic evening of delicious food, craft beer, and fun at sip @ soma.

On Thursday, March 16, from 6-9 p.m., we’re hosting Prototype Brewery and Collusion Tap Works, who will be serving a variety of their individual and collaboration brews, along with a Serbian food menu from Chef Alan Radanovic, and an (optional) Brews & Brushes class.

Join us in SoMa Harrisburg! Our guest breweries this month are Prototype Brewery and Collusion Tap Works. The duo will be featuring four collaboration beers representing a wide array of styles.

What’s on Tap

On tap, they will feature:

• Coastal Anomaly – Neo-West Coast IPA
• Super Slush SOMA – An imperial Smoothie Sour mash up of Collusion’s Soma and Prototype’s Slush Hour
• A Rotating Pastry Stout tap
• A special unannounced St Patty’s inspired beer

Collusion will also have a selection of cans from their portfolio for can pours throughout the night

What’s to eat

Chef Radanovic will offer Serbian treats, including:

• cevapi
• Haluski
• lamb neck ragu
• pierogies sauerkraut
• baklava

We’ll also be hosting a Brews & Brushes event that evening! Sip on some amazing craft beers while painting a masterpiece under the guidance of a professional artist.

Join us for a night of Brews, Brushes, and creating with central PA-based Artist Heather Riley. Enjoy being guided through painting ‘A spring sunset’ on a 16×20 canvas as you experience local brews. Expect fun, laughs, and a painting masterpiece.
