Whitaker Center Block Party

Whitaker Center is celebrating 25 years in style with a Block Party you won’t want to miss! Produced in partnership with Harristown and SB Events (that’s me!), this special event brings together the community for a night of fantastic food, drinks, and live entertainment.

Join us from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13 outside of Whitaker Center, along N. 3rd St. between Market & Walnut Streets in downtown Harrisburg!

Foodies will be in heaven with an amazing lineup of local food trucks and vendors.

Dig into mouthwatering bites from 717 Tacos, Rolling Grill, and Mad Dash Sandwiches, then treat yourself to something sweet from Honey Bear Ice Cream or a refreshing drink from Reign + Taij’s Lemonade. And if you’re looking to raise a glass, you’re in luck—Tröegs Independent Brewing, Boneshire Brew Works, Midstate Distillery, and Armstrong Valley Winery will be on hand to keep the good times flowing. Enjoy a cigar from Lounge 611 and shop candles from Moonrise Candle Co.

But that’s not all! We’ll thrilled to announce The Martini Bros with special guest The Rust Hounds will perform at the Whitaker Center Block Party, bringing rocking party vibes all night long, so stay tuned for more details.

Mark your calendars and bring your friends—this is one Block Party you won’t want to miss! Keep an eye out for updates and join us in celebrating 25 incredible years of Whitaker Center!
